Jewelry Sales Professional

Jewelry Sales Professional  

At Lambert Jewelers, we pride ourselves on being personable, friendly, professional and prompt customer service. We are a small, family-owned business established in 1999. We are a full-service jewelry store with an in-house goldsmith, appraisal services and custom design capabilities.

Hiring: Full-Time (or Part-Time) Sales Professional

Your role at Lambert Jewelers:

As a part of our Sales Team, you are responsible for providing superior experience to our valued customers. In addition, you will:

  • Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
  • Ability to present merchandise and share detailed information regarding features and benefits of products.
  • Provide information regarding warranty care plans and financing options.
  • Meet team sales goals.
  • Experience operating a POS system.
  • Guide customers through jewelry repair and custom design process including pricing.

Other General responsibilities:

  • Maintaining store cleanliness
  • Updating merchandise case displays
  • Making customer phone calls
  • Assisting with merchandise selections
  • Placing jewelry orders

  • Strong customer service, sales, retail and/or jewelry experience
  • Flexible availability to work during retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • A love for community, especially the community of Marysville
  • Be able to lift up to 15 lbs

Marketing & Sales Specialist

Hiring: Full-Time (or Part-Time) Marketing & Sales Specialist

Your role at Lambert Jewelers:

As a part of our team, you are responsible for providing a superior experience to our valued customers. You will help achieve store sales goals and plan/execute marketing strategies. Duties Include:

  • Manage content creation for Facebook and Instagram
  • Design, create and maintain social media presence and implement a posting strategy.
  • Manage and monitor organic and paid social media efforts.
  • Create and optimize graphics and videos.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for social media and content marketing (email and blogs)
  • Manage email promotions for sales team: coordinate with sales on content, create layouts in email marketing platform (Klaviyo), schedule campaigns, and manage store/customer lists.
  • Online website management, update graphics on website and ensure website is up with seasonal trends.
  • Website inventory management using Shopify.
  • Assist customers on the sales floor.
  • Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
  • Present merchandise and share detailed information regarding features and benefits of products.
  • Provide information regarding warranty care plans and financing options.
  • Meet team sales goals.
  • Strong written, proofreading, and verbal communication skills

We think you'd be great for this role if you have:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience working in marketing, social media customer service, or relevant internship/course work experience
  • 2 + years of retail/sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline is preferred.
  • Must be self-motivated, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
  • Detail oriented with ability to plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe or similar design program.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and paid social media ads.
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platform
  • Experience with Shopify is preferred but not required.
  • A love for jewelry, lifestyle, beauty, fashion preferred
  • Be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
