I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the recent repair of my wedding rings. They look beautiful. I forgot how wonderful they looked 19 years ago until you made them sparkle like new again.
As a "smart consumer", I also obtained a quote for repairs from another jewlery store. Your cost to fix my ring and secure the diamond was lower! But more importantly, I appreciate the fact that there was never a mention by any of your staff about upgrading to a new set of rings. The sales staff at the other store I visited suggested that I purchase a new ring set because mine would be so costly to repair. I actually considered trading in my original rings under that pressure. I am so HAPPY that I didn't do that. I love my engagement ring and my wedding ring and never want to give them up.
