Repairs are completed by our on-site goldsmith. Your jewelry is safe with us, never leaving the building for repairs. When your piece is not being worked on, it's kept securely in our vault.
We can give you a quick quote on the spot for most repairs, or get you a detailed estimate as soon as we can identify what parts are needed. We will also provide an ETA for completion of the job, ranging from 1-3 weeks depending on work flow and the complexity of your repair. We take photos of your jewelry during the in-take process and they are stored in our files. You will receive a secure claim for picking up your items.
